to hear Pass Christian students read their own Hurricane Katrina
stories on Rural Voices Radio from
Monday, January 2 nd through Friday, January 20 th .
Rural
Voices Radio ,
a two-minute statewide program produced by MPB and the Mississippi
Writing/Thinking Institute (MWTI) of the Mississippi State University
College of Education, is devoting the first three weeks in January
to the student writings from Pass Christian's Coast Episcopal
School.
Listeners
statewide will have the opportunity to hear these heartfelt, real-life
stories that bring their experiences with
Hurricane
Katrina to life.
Rural
Voices Radio
is in its third year of operation and airs on
MPB Radio twice a day, each weekday,
at 8:19 a.m. and 12:49 p.m .
