AG Files Suit Against Entergy
Wednesday, December 03, 2008State Attorney General Jim Hood says Entergy Mississippi has refused to comply with a subpoena issued by his Office and a unanimous resolution passed by the Public Service Commission. Tuesday General Hood filed a lawsuit charging Entergy with illegal business practices.
