HIV Cases Increasing in South

While medications are helping them live longer and lead more productive lives, new cases of HIV are being diagnosed nationwide at an annual rate of over 40,000. Zach Scruggs Gets Prison Sentence
Thursday, July 03, 2008To the surprise of his lawyers, Zach Scruggs was sentenced to 14 months in prison and a 250,000 dollar fine for his role in a judicial bribery scheme. On Friday his father Dick, and law partner Sid Backstrom also received prison sentences for their involvement. MPB's Sandra Knispel reports from Oxford.
