As we settle in to summer vacation we see more and more people "plugging in" to the digital world...sometimes for hours and hours at a time.
The good news is that technology today gives us the ability to control our experinece...whether that is a child wanting to spend every waking moment online or even if YOU want to have a bit of a digital timer to limit your own time.
The main question we must ask ourselves, and answer, first is WHEN should we limit? There are numerous stidies suggesting too much of technology can actually be a bad thing.
