Two Mississippi natives are using their success stories to help business owners statewide and beyond. David Abney is CEO of UPS, and is from Greenwood. Ken Carter, from McComb, had his story of coaching a high school basketball team in California made into a movie called "Coach Carter." Abney spoke to MPB's Desare Frazier about his career and his home state. He said humility is an important part of being the leader of a corporation.

The recovery effort in Nepal continues after last week's devastating 7.8 earthquake. Natives of that country are dealing with the emotions of being far away from their families and friends while trying to keep in touch with them and providing what support they can. Pradip Bastola is a graduate assistant at the University of Southern Mississippi. He talked to MPB's Paul Boger about the disaster his country has suffered.
