There's a new settlement in place in a long-running Mississippi child welfare lawsuit. The case is named after Olivia Y - that's a fictitious name for a little girl whose plight was all too real. Marcia Robinson Lowry is an attorney and executive director of the group A Better Childhood. As Lowry starts to outline the new settlement, she talks about her original client, Olivia Y with MPB's Mark Rigsby.
