The Jackson Municipal Airport Authority is taking the state to court over control of the Jackson Medgar Wiley Evers International Airport. The Authority says it's filing a lawsuit to prevent the state from taking control of the airport away from the City of Jackson. Rosie Pridgen, Chairwoman of the airport's Board of Commissioners, told MPB's Desare Frazier the airport board was never consulted about the change.
