State Senator Chris McDaniel has yet again delayed plans to announce whether he will appeal a judges decision to dismiss his lawsuit challenging the results of June 24th Republican Senate runoff against incumbent Senator Thad Cochran.
A decision was expected yesterday, but according to McDaniel, he's awaiting word from his legal team as to what his best course of action should be.
