NAMI & NAMI Mississippi - NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness) is a non-profit focused on educating on and advocating for mental health care. Through various public awareness events, NAMI seeks to education the general public on the importance of mental health care, as well as help individuals in need of help find the resources they need. NAMI organizes many community-based programs to help people recieve the care they need, specifically through group therapy/counseling and other similar resources. NAMI Mississippi is the state branch, where you can go to find out more about their various programs throughout the state.
