Mississippi Public Broadcasting’s Early Childhood Division facilitated an early childhood professional development workshop for preschool teachers entitled “For the Love of Reading,” on February 4, 2017, in the MPB auditorium.
Children across the state will have the opportunity to have their artwork displayed on the official holiday greeting card for Mississippi Public Broadcasting (MPB) this holiday season. The 2014 MPB Holiday Card Contest runs through Oct. 31, and the winner will be notified in November. The contest is open to all children ages 4-12 statewide.
On Saturday, July 19, 2014 from 10am-4pm, MPB’s beloved rapping and rhyming puppet Ed Said took part in the Children’s Healthcare of Mississippi FITNESS FEST.
