    The chairman of the Mississippi House Juvenile Justice Committee says he is fine tuning legislation to establish a task force on the state's training schools. Wayne Sorge reports the task force will be intended to address criticisms presented in a U.S. Justice Department suit over conditions and practices experienced by juveniles at the Oakley and Columbia training schools.     The Chairman of the Mississippi House Juvenile Justice Committee says top state leaders will be on a task force he wants to establish to deal with problems cited by the U.S. Justice Department at the state's juvenile training schools. Chairman Flaggs says he is fine tuning legislation to establish that task force and he says he will suggest that it's membership include the governor, lieutenant governor and the speaker. (0:42)
