Paul Boger is the Education and Legislative Reporter for Mississippi Public Broadcasting. He currently lives in Jackson but has previously lived in Alabama, Arizona, South Carolina and California. Paul graduated from Troy University in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Broadcast Journalism. His previous experience included working as a producer, editor and local Weekend Edition host for Troy Public Radio. Paul even had a short stint as the afternoon DJ for a small oldies station. Since coming to MPB, Paul’s work has been featured on numerous NPR newscasts, NPR.org and Morning Edition, as well as collaborating on several stories for the Southern Education Desk. Paul and his wife Lynsey have two dogs, and they spend most of their spare time reading, road tripping, camping, hanging out with friends and listening to public radio.
