Return Policy

An item received as a thank-you gift for a pledge may be returned, along with a note stating the reason for dissatisfaction, for an exchange (+/- difference) or for a full refund (minus shipping) to:

Returning items that have been ordered, which are items that are not associated with pledge, should be returned with a note stating the reason for dissatisfaction for an exchange (+/- difference) or for a full refund (minus shipping) to:

Delivery Method

If you contribute during one of our pledge events at a level that qualifies you to receive a thank-you gift and you opt to receive a thank you gift; depending upon availability you should receive it within six(6) to eight (8) weeks by USPS after the end of the pledge drive and upon complete payment of your pledge. 

As a reminder, IRS charitable regulations require us to deduct the fair market value of this thank you gift from your contribution on your tax receipt.  You will receive this information in time to file your tax return.          

Depending upon availabilty, items that are not associated with pledge events should be received within three (3) weeks.  In the meantime, please call the Foundation at 800-982-6539 or Programming at 601-432-6294 for non-pledge items, if we may be of further assistance to you.
