MDWFP Fish Recovery Project on the Pascagoula River
Hurricane Katrina killed pretty much every thing in the Pascagoula River. A river once filled with an abundance of fish now is bearing of most anything except the baby Blue Gill that is thriving due to the lack of predators. See how the Mississippi Department of Wildlife is helping balance nature a little sooner than it can do itself and restore the eco system and angler action to the mighty Pascagoula.
Richard Latham Turkey Hunt
Scott County is well known for its turkey hunting, so Mississippi Outdoors decided to hunt with someone who had mastered it. Richard Lathem took a record-book gobbler there several years ago and invited Melvin Tingle to join him on a hunt. This became one of the best hunts we have ever shot on camera because of the gobbling action and beautiful scenery. Join us and see for yourself!
