An antique fireplace and wood floors lend charm to the Highlands dining room. Frank Stitt found church pews in a barn in northern Alabama and brought them to his restaurant.

Michael Dean says he grows soil, and the vegetables take care of themselves. All kinds of lettuce grow in Michael's garden.
