At 7:00 p.m. watch Depression: Out of the Shadows, a PBS documentary that tells the dramatic stories of people of different ages and diverse backgrounds who live with various forms of clinical depression --- and explores the causes and treatments.
At 8:30 p.m. watch Depression: A Relatively Speaking Special, an MPB live television audience and call-in program with local experts to discuss issues raised in the PBS documentary and the resources available in Mississippi.

Gene Edwards and Dr. Greg Gordon, who both regularly host MPB Radio’s Relatively Speaking on Monday mornings, welcome Dr. Chriss Lott and Dr. Shambhaui Chandraiah. Dr. Lott is a clinical psychologist with St. Dominic Behavioral Health Associates and Dr. Chandraiah is the University of Mississippi Medical Center’s (UMC) expert on Women’s Mental Health issues. Dr. Gordon is assistant professor of psychiatry at UMC.
