"Lifelong MS resident, Desoto county, family in MS since 1820's. I have a degree in Cardiovascular Technology and do a little farming. I have been a fitness enthusiast since my early 20's and a believer in a healthy lifestyle. Born and raised Christian I believe that is the right way to approach many issues. The 2nd amendment is something I see as no compromise-just like the Founders intended. I am an avid reader and always seek to learn something new. I am a regular everyday  job working real Mississippian, not a rich politically connected career politician. Fiscal conservatism is a driving force of my ideas. I am a little hard of hearing-but that makes me highly analytical about things, and that is an important quality."

"I wanted to bring the idealogy from blue collar everyday Mississippi to the Lt. Gov. office to be about to help pass or fail bills based on how they affect regular working people in the poorest state in the union. So many bills passed or not do the bidding of the elite that run the state, not the 3 million or so people that are affected the hardest by it. Some issues have not changed for the better in 8 years so I intend on fixing what has not been fixed. Adding one more voice to situation is yet another reason to run and see where the process leads."
