Taiwo Gaynor joined MPB in September 2008 as an Audio Technician Senior in the Television Department. Over the course of his career at MPB, he has held positions such as Director of Audio, Director of Postproduction, Associate Director of Television and in November 2023 became Director of Television.

Taiwo has worked on many incredible MPB original shows and has produced numerous award-winning television programs, with several being distributed nationally through the PBS television network.

Taiwo is a native of Brooklyn, New York but has called Mississippi home for most of his professional career.
