Two titans of Mississippi's healthcare system-- insurer Blue Cross Blue Shield and the University of Mississippi Medical Center-- are at odds over a new contract. Effective today, that dispute stands to freeze some people insured by Blue Cross out of certain health services that aren't offered in the state outside of UMMC.
