Plenty of state appropriations measures still await a final vote today, as the legislature has blown through its deadline for sending such bills to the Governor's desk. But last week, one major domino of this year's session officially fell: Governor Reeves signed a bill to increase teacher pay by an average of about five thousand dollars per year.
