The bombshell leak of a draft opinion suggests the Supreme Court is poised to overturn the landmark Roe v. Wade case that legalized abortion nationwide. In Mississippi, a "trigger law" to ban virtually all abortions in the state is set to go into effect almost immediately if Roe v. Wade falls. 
That law would have existential consequences for the Jackson Women's Health Organization, which is the only facility in Mississippi to offer abortions.
