Teen vaping is on the rise. The American Lung Association is reporting a 73% increase in the practice among teens since 2016. And as the new school year begins, it's partnering with local organizations on prevention campaign. Sandra Shelson is the Executive Director of the Partnership for a Healthy Mississippi. She tells our Rhonda Dunaway, the need to reach teens about these health issues goes back decades.
