The Mississippi State Department of Health is reporting an additional 779 cases of COVID-19 in Mississippi and 19 deaths occurring between November 13 and November 20.
Tests may have been made during the past week, and represent individuals who became ill a week ago or more. Repeated tests for the same individual are counted only once.
Mississippi's total of COVID-19 cases for the year now stands at 143,180, with 3,676 deaths.
There are currently 172 ongoing outbreaks of COVID-19 in long-term care facilities.
