There is an outage at Ackerman (WMAB) this morning. The tower crew is at WMAB to address tower modifications for the required completion of the FCC repack. The current tower work is projected to take several hours. Further status will be provided as available.

WMAB DTV/HDFM Was restored at 5 p.m. after the tower crew completed their rigging. There will be further outages tomorrow as they continue to work on the tower.
August 20 at 10:30 a.m.
Ackerman FM was turn off at 10:27 a.m. this morning due to more tower work being done. Modifications and the new interim FM are being installed, along with the removal of the old analog antenna. This may take most of the day and more work tomorrow.

The tower crew is continuing work on installing the interim FM antenna, causing Ackerman FM WMAB to be off air. This may take several hors to complete.
