Workforce Wednesday Presents ‘Chat GPT for Work & Life’

Learn more about artificial intelligence and its applications during this month’s Workforce Wednesday, held at Mississippi Public Broadcasting and online on Aug. 16, from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Kanika Welch, executive director of The Bean Path, will present "ChatGPT for Work and Life," sharing information about the popular AI tool with a live demonstration. 

The Bean Path is the nonprofit that was founded by Dr. Nashlie Sephus, the Applied Science manager for Amazon Artificial Intelligence. The nonprofit provides technical advice and guidance to small businesses and individuals. 

There is limited seating for the in-person workshop at the MPB office, located at 3825 Ridgewood Road in Jackson. However, the event will be livestreamed via Facebook and Zoom. Those interested can register for the event here

Workforce Wednesday is an initiative of the MPB Education Department. The hour-long workshop, held every third Wednesday of the month, connects partner agencies and organizations, facilitates open dialogue about workforce development, and provides professional development opportunities to all Mississippians.
