MISSISSIPPI EDITION - SPECIAL NOTE:

After years of bringing you in-depth conversations, community voices, and the stories that matter most, Friday, October 31 is the final broadcast of Mississippi Edition.

While Mississippi Edition is coming to a close, our commitment to statewide news is only growing. Starting Monday, November 3rd, MPB will expand our news coverage with statewide Newscasts, Monday through Friday at the top of the hour from 6 a.m.to 5 p.m. with more of the top stories that matter to you.

Our news team will continue to bring you breaking news, weather updates, education, health, political coverage, and top stories from across Mississippi.

So please, make sure to join us during those extended times. We’re still here—still listening, still reporting, and still serving you.

From all of us at Mississippi Edition, thank you.
