Mississippi yesterday became the 50th and last U.S. state to pass an equal pay bill. House Bill 770-- named the Equal Pay For Equal Work Act-- is now headed to the desk of Governor Reeves.
But the bill contains exceptions that frustrate some gender equality activists.
