Internships promo

Internships available year-round

Mississippi Public Broadcasting offers internships to students enrolled in any institution of higher learning. MPB’s internship program is specifically designed to provide training and experience for students interested in public broadcasting. MPB internships are non-salaried.

How to Apply

Students must complete the Student Internship Application form. If class credit is associated with the internship, students must obtain the signature of their department chairperson prior to each semester. MPB's internship coordinator processes applications and assigns each student to an MPB department. The department supervisor will conduct interviews, assign tasks and supervise the student’s work.
