Today, we speak with Michael Guest, who represents Mississippi's third Congressional district in the U.S. House. Representative Guest tells us that, after mass shootings in New York and Texas last month, he'll approach the Senate's new gun control plan with an open mind. But he says he's concerned that a bill encouraging states to pass so-called "red flag laws" would infringe on Second Amendment rights.
