MSDH reports 328 new COVID-19 cases, 23 new deaths

Today MSDH is reporting 328 new cases of COVID-19 in Mississippi and 23 new deaths. Mississippi's total of COVID-19 cases since March 11 now stands at 14,372 , with 693 deaths. Currently there are 449 Mississippians hospitalized with confirmed COVID-19 infection.

28 of the new cases reported today were among residents in long-term care facilities, and there are now 127 active outbreaks of COVID-19 in long-term care facilities (where an outbreak is one or more cases among residents or staff).
