Today MSDH is reporting an additional 751 cases of COVID-19 in Mississippi and 10 deaths, occurring between October 7 and October 15. Mississippi's total of COVID-19 cases for the year now stands at 110,006, with 3,171 deaths.
Among cases and deaths already reported, MSDH has identified 35 new cases in residents of long-term care facilities, and 5 deaths. There are currently 127 ongoing outbreaks of COVID-19 in long-term care facilities.
