Mississippi Roads travels to Mize, MS, for their annual Watermelon Festival. Many people claim Smith County watermelons to be among some of the finest in the state, so when the town of Mize held its annual festival, the Roads Crew was there to take in the music, the contests, and of course - the watermelons.

Then, we travel to Prospect Hill, where a house near Lorman holds a rich and unique history - but it has fallen into disrepair. Efforts are underway to restore the house and keep its memories alive. 

In Louisville, a group of masons at one of the oldest lodges get together to honor some of its members with a buffet … featuring a special stew and great desserts.

Brandon is home to a stunning Hindu Temple, intricately designed and beautifully sculpted. We take a look at the beauty of both the exterior and interior of the Temple, and speak with several of its members.

And finally, a farmer in Greenwood is providing local restaurants with fresh eggs, and they’re quite the hit. We stop in to talk with both the farmer, and a diner who uses her eggs.
