MPB News wins Associated Press Awards

The Mississippi Public Broadcasting News Department won nine Associated Press Awards during the Louisiana/Mississippi Associated Press Broadcasters and Media Editors’ Awards ceremony in April. The awards honor journalism excellence and innovation.

“Congratulations to the MPB News team for their excellent work,” said Teresa Collier, MPB News director. “This is truly an honor to be recognized for our storytelling. We are grateful and humbled by these awards.”
