Gregg Turk wasn't exactly prepared when he rose to speak at a meeting of the Board of Aldermen in Philadelphia in April.  But the stage-four lung cancer patient showed up with his son because he heard the city officials were re-considering a vote they made to opt out of the state's medical cannabis program.  Gregg Turk shares what happened next with MPB's Rhonda Dunaway.
