Mississippi Public Broadcasting is aware that some DirecTV customers in the northwest part of Mississippi are not able to watch their local MPB Television channel.
DirecTV is no longer carrying the signal for MPB Television in this area. MPB has been working with DirecTV to resolve the issue but has not reached a viable solution.
Impacted DirecTV customers who want their MPB Television channel restored should contact DirecTV’s customer care line at 1-800-531-5000.
Live MPB Television programming is now available for free on the PBS Video app and on MPB’s website here https://www.mpbonline.org/television/livestream/.
If you happen to use a Smart TV, you can cast the programming to your television.
MPB Television remains available for free using an over-the-air antenna. Limited programs are available for on-demand viewing on MPB’s website and MPB’s YouTube channel.
MPB Television is also available with a paid subscription to YouTube TV.
